Where we go and how fast.

What areas do you cover?

Glasgow and the surrounding areas, West Lothian, Edinburgh and the Lothians, Stirling, Falkirk, Fife, Dunfermline, Dundee and Perth on the right job. We’ll go further for the right job.

How quickly can you get to me if something’s broken?

Contract customers get a priority response time based on their level (4 hours / same day / 7 days / 30 days). Non-contract callers: same day where we can, next day at worst.

Do you do out of hours and weekend callouts?

Yes, for contract customers - the office number goes to the on-call engineer out of hours. Non-contract callers: voicemail goes to the on-call engineer and we get back to you next working day.

What’s your priority response system?

P1 = 4 hour response for mission critical kit (medical refrigeration, comms room cooling, lab refrigeration). P2 = same day for high priority. P3 = 7 days for non-urgent. P4 = 30 days for minor issues. Agreed on contract setup.

Can I have a one-off service or do I need a contract?

Yes, we do one-off services. Most commercial customers end up on a contract because it’s cheaper per visit and gets you priority response if something breaks, but it’s not required.

Are your engineers F-Gas certified?

Yes. F-Gas registered, cert no. FGAS3016373. Required for almost all commercial AC and refrigeration work.

Do you service Daikin / Mitsubishi / Toshiba kit?

Yes - all of them, plus Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sinclair. We don’t fit Panasonic, LG or generic white-label kit.

We’re a medical practice. Can you cover refrigeration AND AC on one contract?

Yes. A single quarterly maintenance contract covering both is common for our medical and lab customers.

How long does a domestic AC install take?

Single split: one day. Multi split or more complex: two days, we tell you up front before booking.

Do AC units heat as well as cool?

Yes - modern AC is a heat pump. Often cheaper to run than gas heating, especially for rooms you actually use every day.

Do you take deposits on domestic installs?

Usually half on quote approval (covers the unit and materials). Balance on completion. We’ll talk you through it before we book the job.

What we don’t do

Honesty about scope - so you don’t waste a phone call.

Do you do kitchen extract / TR19 cleaning?

No. Greasy, compliance-heavy work that we’ve chosen not to do. We’ll point you at someone who does.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

No - Gas Safe is for boilers and gas appliances, which we don’t touch. We’re F-Gas registered for refrigerant work.

Do you do heat pump installations?

We service heat pumps as part of existing systems but installation isn’t our core service.

Do you do fire dampers, smoke dampers or fire suppression?

No. Fire-related ventilation is a compliance discipline we’re not registered for.
