Heat Recovery Units (VAM)
Take stagnant warm air out, bring fresh outside air in over a heat exchanger so it’s tempered. Fresh air at 18-19°C in winter instead of freezing. Daikin VAM, Mitsubishi Electric equivalents.
AHU Servicing
Belt checks and replacements, filter changes, fan motor checks, ductwork inspection for insulation and lagging. On contract or as one-off jobs.
Inline Supply & Extract Fans
Supply and install fresh air supply fans and extract fans for offices, comms rooms, light industrial and retail spaces.
Comms Room Fresh Air
Fresh air supply and extract for IT-heavy spaces. (Cooling is on the air conditioning page - we do both.)
Why ventilation matters more than people think
Bad ventilation is invisible until it isn’t. Staff complaining of headaches and tiredness. Productivity dipping by mid-afternoon. Boardrooms unusable. Comms rooms running hot. Customers leaving because the air’s stale.
Clean fresh air makes staff more productive. That sounds like marketing fluff. It isn’t. Stuffy stagnant air is one of the most under-diagnosed productivity killers in commercial offices.
We install and service the ventilation systems that fix the problem.

- Kitchen extract systems, canopy cleans, TR19 work.
- Fire dampers, smoke dampers, fire suppression integration.
- Ventilation design and consultancy.
- Chemical or specialist duct cleaning.
