What’s included in a planned maintenance contract
Scheduled visits
Twice yearly for AC and office ventilation. Quarterly for refrigeration.
P1 to P4 priority response
P1 = 4 hour, P2 = same day, P3 = 7 days, P4 = 30 days.
Same engineer
Where possible, the same engineer every visit.
Compliance sorted
F-Gas leak checks, regulatory paperwork, audits.
Emergency Repairs
If something’s broken and you need it fixed today, give us a call.
P1 emergency: 4-hour engineer response across central Scotland.
AC Not Cooling
Office or shop AC blowing warm, leaking, fault codes, tripping the breaker. We turn up with refrigerant and parts.
Cold Rooms
Walk-in climbing past safe temperature. Stock at risk. Same-day callout to keep the doors closed.
Display Refrigeration
Retail cabinets losing temperature overnight. We hold common parts in stock to get them back up fast.
Server & Comms
Mission-critical cooling on the hottest day of the year. Priority response with backup options.
AHU & Ventilation
Belt failures, fan motors gone, BMS faults. Office and warehouse air handling back online.
Medical Fridges
Vaccines and lab samples alarming, probes out of calibration. Engineers trained on medical kit.
